ABOUT MICHAEL
Michael Dane was a professional investigator for over twenty-five years.

His Frank McBride stories are entirely fictional but inspired by his own experience as an officer in H.M. Customs & Excise’s National Investigation Service.
​
Michael re-trained as a lawyer and joined the private sector where he investigated cases of fraud, corruption, smuggling, money laundering and breaches of international sanctions on five continents.
​
He now writes full time and lives in England’s Vale of Belvoir.

Regrettably, I’ve just finished reading this fourth and final book in this very engaging series. Like the others, it kept me engrossed with its interesting plot and well-researched details, its quirky and beautifully described settings and its caste of memorable, real-life characters. I’m hoping there are more in the pipeline.
